Ken serves as Co-Host of Grassroots Radio Colorado – “the fastest growing radio show in Colorado” – on 560 AM Talk Radio KLZ.
While many shows “claim” to concentrate on Colorado issues, no one has the kind of access to elected officials and insiders inside the government that Ken Clark does. He owns the marketplace. A regular fixture in Colorado’s State Capitol, Ken often strikes fear in the hallways by his mere presence. If you were at the Capitol at 2a.m. this Legislative session for the hearings on gun rights, green energy, or education, chances are you ran into talk radio host Ken Clark.
Ken’s Colorado guests often include top elected officials including Democrat Speaker of the House Mark Ferrandino, Republican Senator Vicki Marble, and other representatives clamoring to be on the program. His nationally-renowned Radio Guests have included: Presidential Candidate Herman Cain, Ted Nugent, U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, Governor Rick Perry, Gary Johnson, radical Islam expert Bridgett Gabriel, C.L. Bryant, FreedomWorks’ Matt Kibbe, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, Dick Morris, Laura Ingraham, Harmon Kaslow, documentary film producer Phelim McAleer, Curtis Bowers, and author Dinesh D’Souza, just to name a few.
Grassroots Radio Colorado is a Colorado issues-driven talk show, founded by Ken Clark and Jason Worley. It is their uncompromising commitment to the truth, limited government, true free markets and this country’s founding principles that have created an atmosphere of complete trust from our audience. Grassroots Radio has connections in the corridors of power that are second-to-none which has created a trusting relationship with listeners and a loyal following of more than 100,000 followers on radio, online and beyond.
Ken Clark has been active in politics for over 29 years, starting as a volunteer for Regan’s re-election campaign in college. He has worked on numerous gubernatorial, senate, congressional, and presidential campaigns, mostly as an activist and volunteer. Ken has been active in Colorado politics on virtually every level, and he believes that every race from school board to Governor is important, and he is known for having his finger on the pulse of every race imaginable. During the last cycle, Ken and his colleagues won 5 of 6 competitive races – helping electing conservatives in the face of a national Obama tide. Ken works with many groups writing, analyzing, and advocating both for and against legislation. He has testified in front of numerous committee hearings in both the House and the Senate. Ken has a knack for breaking down legislation making it easy for listeners to understand.
